What You Need to Know When Ordering

The 3Designer works best at 1920x1080 resolution and above.

On our site there is the possibility to upload your own background. In this case, you can change the scale so that the print/frame dimensions that appear on the screen are proportional to the background image you have uploaded.

In each category, features specific to that category are specified. There are also options available to you. You can freely select and change the options you want in the 3Designer. However, before the product is added to the cart, a suitability check is made.

Clicking the "Add to Cart" button launches a checklist. Due to the peculiarities of each category, the features that should or should not be selected with each other in terms of your order are checked. If everything is as it should be, the product is added to the cart and the cart screen is displayed. Otherwise, any discrepancies identified are listed and prompted to correct.

PRINT ORDERS ONLY: Short edge 20 to 100 cm; long side 20 to 150 cm.
IN PRINT + MOUNT ORDERS: Short edge 20 to 100 cm; long side 20 to 150 cm.
FOR ORDERS WITH CARDBOARD MATS: The short side is maximum 80 cm; long side up to 100 cm.
